Introducing Black Flag Network
Raider Take is excited to announce the launch of Black Flag Network in unison with Silver and Black Forever and The Raider Way. Black Flag Network is a small band of marauding commentators dedicated to offering fresh and original content pertaining to the Oakland Raiders experience.
The goal of Black Flag Network is to grow reciprocal dialogue between network members and their fellow Raiders fanatics, under the belief that our collective synergy will surpass what we as individuals could achieve alone. While each member remains an independent entity, we are united in spirit, vision and outlook.
Black Flag Network embraces other Raiders-related forums and seeks a positive rapport with the entire Raider Nation. At its core, Black Flag Network is simply an extension of friends coming together in recognition of their common passion for the game, and in celebration of the greatest team and fans in the world.
Raise the Black Flag!

BUT, which Black Flag song will be your anthem? Most of them ROCK, so it shouldn't be a difficult question :-)

RT: The language in the post is a little confusing. The word "Network," implies television. I had to re-read this a few times to figure out what the black flag network was (either that or I lost too many brain cells when I was young). Anyways congratulations on the BFN, I will have to check out these other blogs.
Good points, Roy, I'll try to clarify...
The term network does, indeed, conjure up an image of television, and radio to a lesser degree. But I think it's also being increasingly extended to groupings of web sites and blogs, such as mostvaluablenetwork.com, that put a new media twist on the traditional notion of a network.
We could have chosen a word like "alliance," but hopefully the word "network" here will be understood as a small family of commentators united by a desire to offer fresh and original content pertaining to the Raiders.
I love the idea and the mix of humor and wisdom is "Perfect"! I read all Black Flag takes and find them filled with things we all are thinking but have no avenew to express.........Great idea and when you get a Black Flag made up, let me know, I will be proud to fly it at the Coliseum.
