There comes a time in every man's life when you see the writing on the wall. Al needed to have taken his cue a few seasons back. He's of no use to a franchise in desperate need of rebuilding with a fresh vision. We have some good young players to build around but we're going nowhere so long as that guy keeps pushing bad personnel decisions (players and coaches).<BR/><BR/>Please do not cite getting to the 2003 Super Bowl experience as an achievement. That whole season was a bust thanks to one of the most embrassing humiliations of all time in any sport.
